“What if accidentally you heard that your family/friends/love ones are planning to have a surprised birthday party for you? But you already have prior plans for that day. What will you do and why?”

3. Invite your friends to LIKE our Fan Page then LIKE your post.

1 Female will be picked based on # of Likes, and 1 Male will be picked based on content. [This rule will shift by next month, meaning, next month will be female based on likes and male based on content and then vice versa again for the succeeding months]

4. You may submit an entry only ONCE.

5. Members whose birth dates falls on other months need not join.

6. Qualifications:

11. Winners can claim their prize ONLY IF all the details requested have been provided.

12. Winners need to submit upon claiming a photo copy of a PROOF OF AGE document [ex. Birth Certificate, Drivers License, etc].

13. Should submitted document be deemed invalid, that individual’s entry will be considered null & void. Hence, management will announce another winner.

14. Claiming of the prize will be discussed with the winners.

15. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days upon announcement. Prizes not claimed within 30days will be forfeited.
