• The Nokia Asha Power Standouts promo will run from August 19, 2013 – October 5, 2013.
• This promotion is open to all Philippine residents of legal age (eighteen years old and above), who are fans of the Nokia Philippines Facebook Page.
• Participants should NOT be related to the employees of Nokia Philippines, Inc., Wunderman International Philippines, Inc. (Digital Marketing Agency of Nokia), Ideashop (event agency of Nokia), Carat (media buying agency of Nokia) and the Distributors of Nokia Philippines, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity.
• The Nokia Power standouts are pocket achievers that have created small but powerful and positive achievements that change or uplift a stranger, friend, family or their community.
• All visitors will need to like the Nokia Philippines Facebook Page www.facebook.com/NokiaPhilippines and click the Pocket Power Hub Tab to register. The registration is applicable to all visitors of the page. Visitors will provide their full Name, Address with Zipcode, E-mail Address, Mobile Number and Birthday. Once registered, they can submit their stories and/or vote for their favorite story/stories.
• Each participant must submit a Power Standout story not exceeding 500 characters thru the entry form. Entries that are written in English or Filipino are the only languages that are acceptable.
• Entries with the following content will automatically be disqualified.
  • Abusive, defamatory, or obscene
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • In violation of any intellectual property right of another
  • In violation of any law or regulation
  • Suggests and/or encourages illegal activity
  • Third party solicitations or advertisements
  • Offensive in any way
• Entries that are not relevant to the theme of the week during the submission phase will be disqualified.
• Participants can only join once per theme. Should there be multiple entries in one theme, the first submitted story will be will be considered the only valid entry.
• Participants will have a choice on which Power standout theme they would like to join. Participants are entitled to join all the 4 themes but can only win once. For each week’s theme, there are 7 days of Story Submission and 7 days of Voting for Valid entries.The weekly themes and schedule of entries are as follows:

• Voters are only allowed to vote once per day per entry.

• There will be five (5) winners per theme, for a total of twenty winners (20).
• Each winner will take home one (1) Nokia Asha 501 Dual Sim.
• Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable.
• Participants can only win once for the duration of the promo period.
• The twenty winners will be notified via e-mail from teamnokiaph@wunderman.com and registered mail.
• Provincial winners (outside Greater Metro Manila) will receive their prize via courier. Shipping cost will be shouldered by Nokia Philippines, Inc.
• In the event that the winner isn’t able to receive the prize, an authorized representative can claim it on his/her behalf. An authorization letter and 2 valid IDs of the authorized representative and the winner must be presented.
• The winners may claim their prize from Wunderman International Philippines, Inc. Office and present any 2 valid IDs and the registered mail.
• Winners will be given 60 days redemption upon receipt of notice. Unclaimed prize within the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of Nokia with prior approvals of DTI.
