MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all interested participants (male or female, at least 13 years of age at the time of promo registration, residing in the Philippine territory) who have registered to participate in the promo. To qualify, participants should have a valid Twitter and/or Facebook account and submit their photo entry/ies within the promo duration. Winning participants below the legal age need to have written parental consent in order to claim their prize.

2. Interested participants need to visit the Samsung Tab3 #MEtime Raffle Promo page (http://www.tab3MEtime.com) to register a Samsung Tab3 Promo account. Only participants who have valid Samsung Tab3 Promo accounts and successfully registered to the promo are allowed to submit photo entries to the promo.

3. Participants will be asked to register to the promo only once. They must register in order to submit their photo entry/ies to the Promo:

a. Complete Name (First Name, Last Name)
b. Valid E-mail address
c. Birthdate
d. Contact Number (Mobile and/or Landline)
e. Complete Mailing Address
f. Password

4. Participants are required to register their official Twitter and/or Facebook accounts for automatic posting and sharing of submitted photo entry/ies.

5. Every weekly cut-off period (12:00AM Saturdays to 11:59PM Fridays starting from August 28, 2013 to October 11, 2013 except on the 1st week of the promo where the weekly cut-off will start from August 28 to September 06, 2013), participants may submit his/her photo entry/ies of him/herself enjoying his/her "ME time". A "ME time" photo may be anything that a person loves to do to indulge oneself or relax. Participants must submit a photo of them enjoying their different "ME time" moments together with a caption describing their "ME time" with the hashtag #MEtime. The caption may be in English, Filipino or Taglish and is composed of not more than 140 characters, including the hashtag.

6. Photo Entries should be in JPEG or PNG format and file size not bigger than 3MB. In case any entry contains corrupted files, the participant will be informed via email to re-send/upload their entry. The re-sent photo entry must be received before the deadline of submission of entries every 11:59PM Fridays starting from September 6 to October 11, 2013; otherwise, the same shall not be considered.

7. After submission of the photo entry with caption, the website/promo administrator shall post-screen entries and disqualify entries that do not conform to rules and regulations of the promo. If submitted entry is approved, the said entry will be automatically posted and shared to the Twitter and/or Facebook accounts registered by the participant to the Promo.

8. Registered or non-registered participants who uses the Promo hashtag #MEtime on his/her Twitter post will be sent an automatic message containing a URL link that will direct them to the Promo website.

Once the participant is on the Promo website, they can register and submit their entry/ies to validate them. Only entry/ies submitted via the Promo website shall be considered a valid entry.

9. Non-registered participants who logged in to the Promo website to submit an entry via their Social Networking Site Account (Twitter/Facebook) are still required to register their complete details to the Promo in order to validate their entry/ies. Failure to register in the promo results to non-validation of entry/ies.

10. Entries without captions are automatically disqualified from the promo. The registered participant warrants that all 3rd party individuals included in his/ her photo submissions are with their consent. If any complaint is issued against a photo, that specific entry is automatically disqualified. Failure to comply results to an automatic disqualification of the entry/entries to the promo.

11. Each unique photo entry with the promo hashtag submitted within the cut-off period is equivalent to an entry. Only registered participants shall earn a valid entry by submitting a photo entry with the promo caption within the promo period. There is no limit as to the number of times that a participant may submit photo entries, however, a participant may only win once per raffle draw.

12. All participants who join are presumed to have read and understood, and agree to abide by its complete rules and regulations specified on the Promo website. Participants will be made to declare that they are the rightful owners of the photo entries that they have submitted; that they did not copy/use the photo of another person; and that they have secured the necessary written approval in case of the inclusion of a minor in the photo. The registered participant warrants that all 3rd party individuals included in his/ her photo submissions are with their consent. If any complaint is issued against a photo, that specific entry is automatically disqualified.

13. All photo entries received within each weekly cut-off period will be posted on the Gallery page of the Samsung Tab3 #MEtime Raffle Promo website.
