1. The duration of this promo is from August 19 – September 16, 2013.

2. There are two (2) ways get raffle entries for the Rihanna Concert Tickets Promo

A. Subscribe to Fibr and get a chance to win Rihanna concert tickets

i. This promo is open to new/ posted PLDT Fibr subscribers within August 19 – September 16, 2013.

ii. Non-subscribers may join by logging on to the PLDT Home Website (www.pldthome.com) and subscribing to any PLDT Fibr Plan available (Plan 3,500, Plan 5800, 8,800 or Plan 20,000). Each Plan (3,500 – 5800 - 8,000 – 20,000) is equivalent to one (1) entry, regardless of Plan denomination.


iii. New applications must be posted by 12:00 mn September 16, 2013.

B. Refer a friend and get a chance to win Rihanna concert tickets

i. This promo is open to all existing Fibr Plan subscribers, as referrers.

ii. Existing Fibr Plan Subscribers/ Referrers may join by referring potential Fibr Plan Subscribers in the Referral page of the HOME website with the following conditions:

1. Referrals should be subscribing to any of these plans: Fibr Plan 3,500, Fibr Plan 5800, Fibr 8,800 or Fibr Plan 20,000.

2. Service Order for the Subscription of the referral’s plan should be created.

3. Every Service Order created for the Fibr Plan (3,500 – 5800 - 8,000 – 20,000) subscribed of the referral is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry each for the referrer and the referral, regardless of Plan denomination.
iii. Service Orders of the Fibr Plan subscribed by the referrals must be created by 12:00 mn September 16, 2013.

3. On September 17, 2012, a draw will be conducted in the PLDT office at the 5th Floor, Ramon Cojuangco Bldg., Makati Ave., Makati City, to pick 10 winners to win 2 tickets each to the Rihanna Diamonds World Tour Concert on September 19, 2013 at the SM MOA Arena.
4. In the presence of a DTI representative, a PLDT representative will show all the valid new posted subscribers in the PLDT database and extract all PLDT Fibr subscribers as referrers and all new PLDT Fibr subscribers from August 19 – September 16.

5. Each of the PLDT Fibr subscribers will then be assigned a raffle entry. An electronic raffle will be conducted using Random.org to draw the winners.
6. 10 winners will be drawn to win the following prizes (in order):

A. 1 winner of SVIP tickets worth Php 25,555 each.

B. 9 winners of Lower box A tickets worth Php 12,555 each.

7. Winners will be notified through registered email and call-out immediately after the draw.

8. Winners may claim their tickets at the 5th Floor Ramon Cojuangco Bldg., Makati Ave., Makati City c/o Linette Garcia on September 18, 2012 from 9am to 6pm. Winners who will be unable to claim on that day may claim their tickets at the venue in the PLDT booth located outside of the SM Arena.

9. Winners claiming their tickets at the venue must claim at least 1 hour before the show which starts at 8:00pm. Tickets not claimed by 7:00pm will be forfeited.
In the event that the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative brings the following:

A. One (1) valid ID of the Winner (SSS ID, driver’s license, school ID, company ID) with complete real name,
One (1) valid ID of the Representative SSS ID, driver’s license, school ID, company ID) with complete real name,
Notice sent to the winner via registered mail and/or electronic mail
Letter of authorization signed by the winner and the representative.
