1. All Globe Telecom and TM subscribers are eligible to join.

2.Criteria to qualify for the promo is as follows:

Globe Telecom or TM subscriber needs to be registered to GCASH.

To register to GCASH, simply:
Using any mobile phone, dial *143# for free.
When the menu appears, select GCASH.

Select Register.

3. Enter the details requested:

4. Registration codeYou shall receive an SMS stating that you are registered to GCASH.

5. Only qualified GCASH transactions made via *143# will be assigned a transaction number. Transactions made via the GCASH Mobile App or through syntax will not qualify for the contest. Qualified GCASH transactions are as follows:

Send Money transaction

Buy Load (for self or others) transaction

Pay Bills transaction worth at least P300

Donate transaction

6. Subscribers will automatically receive an SMS notification for every qualified GCASH transaction they make. This SMS notification will contain a unique GCASH transaction number issued in chronological order. Subscribers who receive specific transaction numbers will win prizes:

7. For security purposes, the winner has to be KYC’ed (Know Your Customer) before G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI) can award the prize. KYC is the “Know Your Customer” process required by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to validate the identity of customer availing of various financial transactions like GCASH. It is a one-time face-to-face requirement that entails the customers to present one (1) valid ID to an authorized GCASH KYC outlet.

8. To be KYC’ed, a subscriber must:

Visit any authorized GCASH KYC Outlet and present his/her valid ID.

Fill out the GCASH form with the required personal details.

Subscriber’s picture will be taken by the outlet frontliner.

Subscriber will receive an SMS notification, which he/she must reply to with his/her MPIN to confirm.

9. A GCASH representative will get in touch with the winners 1 working day after the winning transaction is made via the mobile number used to make the winning transaction. 

10. Winners will also be notified through registered mail. To claim their prize, winners have to visit the GXI office located at The Globe Tower, 32nd Street corner 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, and present one (1) valid ID. For provincial winners, the prize will be sent to their home address via mail.

11. Winners will be given six (6) months to process their KYC and to claim the prize.

12. Winners’ names will also be announced on the Globe Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/globeph) and Twitter accounts (http://twitter.com/enjoyGLOBE).

13. GXI will also publish the names of the winners through press releases online or in print. 

14. Winners agree to participate in any photo, publicity, or other media arrangements made by GXI.

15. Subscribers can win more than once.

16. Prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.

17. Employees of Globe Telecom and agency partners and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible to join the promo. BanKO subscribers, GCASH partners and merchants are also not qualified to join this promo.

18. In case the winning subscriber is ineligible to win, then GCASH will award the prize to the succeeding transaction number (e.g. if transaction number 50,000 is made by a GCASH employee, then transaction number 50,001 will win the prize).
