MECHANICS

• For Participants
  • Participants must be female residents of the Philippines and fans of the Palmolive Naturals Facebook Fan page. They can be a fan by clicking the “Like” button of said page.
  • To qualify, participants must send in pictures of themselves posing with any of their favorite Palmolive Naturals product (Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap).
  • Photos must be in jpeg format and must not exceed 10 MB in size.
    • All submissions will be screened. Photo entries should not contain profanity, malicious, seditious, obscene, political and religious comments/content, or statements that are derogatory to Colgate-Palmolive, its products, other people and groups. Submit entries via palmolive_promo@colpal.com. Entries should contain the following information:
    • If the participant is under 18 yrs. old, he/she should include his/her parent’s/guardians name along with their telephone number and e-mail. The parent/s or legal guardians of minor participants will be contacted by Colgate-Palmolive Philippines, Inc. (“Colgate-Palmolive”) or its agency Y&R Philippines, to get their verbal consent as soon as an entry is submitted. Confirmation via e-mail will be done by filling-up and sending back a waiver form that a Colgate-Palmolive representative will be sending the minor’s parent/s or guardian/s via e-mail.
    
    
    By supplying the above information participants warrant that they willfully participate in this Promotion and that they have obtained all necessary consents from all persons appearing in their photo entries. Participants also warrant that they, and all the other persons in their photo entries are not lawfully or contractually prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
    • Organizers reserve the right to disqualify photo entries in violation of the guidelines of this promotion.
  • All valid entries will be uploaded in the Palmolive Naturals fan page. Organizers reserve the right to choose which photos will be uploaded or not.
• Winners via electronic raffle
  • Each week, organizers will choose 125 winners via electronic raffle. Total number of winners is 500 (4 weeks).
  • All winners will get a special Palmolive Naturals gift pack.
  • All non-winning entries will still be valid for the succeeding draws.
  • Fans can only win once throughout the promo period.

  • Promo period is from July 5 – August 1, 2013
  • All winners will be notified by registered mail, phone and by e-mail.
  • Prizes must be claimed at Y&R, 9th Flr., Marajo Tower, 26th St. cor 4th Ave., Bonifacio Global City. For provincial winners, prizes will be shipped via courier and fees will be shouldered by Colgate-Palmolive.
  • To redeem their prizes, contestants must present: (a) letter-notification of winning from Colgate-Palmolive/Y&R; (b) valid proof of identity and (c) if through a representative, authorization letter from the winner. The representative must also present a valid ID and the letter-notification of Colgate-Palmolive.
  • Colgate-Palmolive and Y&R will not be liable for any medical emergencies and/or injuries that may be encountered/sustained by the participants during the shooting of their entries.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  • Employees of Colgate-Palmolive, Y&R and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
  • All entries shall be owned by Colgate-Palmolive and can be used in advertising materials at any time without compensation and need for winner's consent.
  • Taxes to all prizes, if any, will be shouldered by Colgate-Palmolive.
  • The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  • The participant is providing information to Colgate-Palmolive and Y&R and not to Facebook.
  • Participants fully release Facebook for any and all liabilities and injuries that may result from their participation in this promotion.
