Here’s how:

• Participants must purchase any Eden product
•  “Like” the Eden Cheese Facebook fanpage (www.facebook.com/EdenCheesePH),
• Proceed to the Eden Say Cheese Photo Contest Application
• Register the following details:
• Full Name
• Email Address
• Home Address
• Mobile Number
• Birthday
• Purchased Eden Product
• Expiry date of product
• Upload your photo

Upon successfully providing all the details required, a confirmation will be sent through e-mail for every successful registration. All entries should be submitted via Facebook App from May 21, 2013 to July 21, 2013.

Entries will be judged by a panel and the winner will be determined through a following a set of criteria.

Other Contest Mechanics:

• The Eden Photo Upload contest will run from May 21, 2013 to July 21, 2013 and is open nationwide to all residents of the Philippines, of legal age 18yrs old & above.

• Photos entered in the contest must meet the following guidelines:
• The photo entered in the contest must feature a dish that uses cheese.
• Photos that include Eden products in the shot will receive bonus points during the judging.
• Entries must respect the Eden product, brand and logo.
• Photos must be of food alone. People cannot be part of the pictures submitted.
• Each entry must be suitable for display and posting on the Facebook site. Entries must be dignified, modest and in good taste.
• The entries must not invade the privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, including, without limitation, any third party intellectual property (eg. trademarks or copyright), nor portray KFPI’s brands or products in any way that might tend to subject such products or brand to public contempt, scandal, disrepute or ridicule.
• Entries should be in the following format upon submission:

Resolution:               300 dpi

File Format:              .jpg / .jpeg

Others:                      No border and no watermark or any mark identifying the photographer.

• Kraft Foods Philippines Inc. (KFPI), a member of the Mondelēz International Group, reserves the right to determine the suitability of the entries at its discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete, ineligible, or inappropriate for any reasons, such as:
• Defamatory or obscene
• Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
• Otherwise offensive or inappropriate
• Does not conform nor adhere to the mechanics of the promo
• In violation of the rights, including intellectual property rights of a

      third party

• There is no limit to the number of entries per participant.  However, a participant can win only once.

• By submitting a photo entry, the contestant is deemed to have agreed with the terms and conditions of the contest.

• The participant should be the intellectual property owner of the photo entry. His entry/ies should not be submitted or re-submitted to any other photo competition, released for commercial use, nor be subject to any copyright issue.

• Entries submitted within the weekly cut-off will be featured in a corresponding album on the Eden Cheese Facebook Application.

Prizes and Winner

• A prize meter is also added as a feature where in contestants will be able to upgrade the Grand Prize if a certain overall amount of entries is reached.

• Following Grand Prizes shall be awarded to the winner once certain number of entries are reached:
