1. Only Selecta Cornetto cones which have a mini cone-sleeve inside, which indicates the prize, are the considered winners of the Selecta Cornetto on-pack promotion. All other cones without a mini cone-sleeve inside are non-winning cones.
2. Tampered mini cone-sleeves are considered invalid. Please see below for sample tampering:

Prize can be redeemed by Smart and Talk 'N Text Prepaid subscribers only. Reward is valid for 5 days and can be used to send SMS to Smart and Talk 'N Text. To redeem reward, subscriber must have at least P1 airtime balance. Subscriber will not be charged upon successful redemption of reward. Subscriber will be charged P1 for failed redemption attempts. Upon redemption of reward, subscriber will be automatically registered to receive SMS alerts on SMART Prepaid's new promos/offers. To stop SMS alerts, text ALERT OFF and send to 211. Reward cannot be redeemed while on roaming.
   Selecta Cornetto Selecta Ice Cream Sticks	Winners should go to selected redemption centers for verifications of the mini cone-sleeve. Once verified, the store will issue them the prize. Redemption centers are as follows: All 7-11 stores nationwide All Ministop stores nationwide Participating Shell, Total Bonjour, and Rose Pharmacy stores nationwide. 4. Tampered mini cone-sleeves will not be honored by the redemption stores. The redeeming establishments serve the right to determine whether a mini cone-sleeve is valid or not, based on the prescribed guidelines provided by Unilever-RFM Ice Cream, Inc.
5. Reuse or replication of the unique codes for the free SMS will not be honored. Smart will provide a notification if the code used is invalid.

7. Actual prizes may vary in color and packaging. All prizes are tax free, non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
8. All employees of Unilever-RFM Ice Cream, Inc., Unilever Philippines, Inc., and their partner agencies / third parties, its dealers, suppliers and employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
9. By participating in this on-pack promotion, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations and decisions of Unilever-RFM Ice Cream, Inc. Participating in this promo also constitutes permission of the winners to participate in any advertising purpose or activity in line with the promotion.
10. Acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission to use the winner's name for advertising purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. In no event shall Unilever-RFM Ice Cream, Inc., its affiliates or subsidiaries be liable to the winners for any monetary amount greater than the value of the advertised prizes or their substitutes due to the winners under the rules and regulations of this promo.

Unilever-RFM Ice Cream, Inc., its affiliates, and subsidiaries shall not be liable to the participants in contract, tort, or negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the participant and which is of indirect or inconsequential nature, including without limitation to any economic loss or other loads.
