MECHANICS

1. Participants should go to the Spark Facebook page and Like it.

Upon liking, participants will be required to connect the app to their Facebook account and register with the following information:

First Name

Last Name

Valid E-mail Address

Home Address

Mobile Number

Birthday

2. After registration, participants can start submitting their entries in the Share A SPARK app. Qualified participants are allowed to post only one (1) photo per day. 1 Photo entry = 1 raffle entry per day

3. Upon registration, the participant automatically warrants and certifies that he/she has read the full mechanics of the promotion and that he/she agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to do so shall disqualify the participant from this promotion.

Eligibility and Qualifiers

1. The Share A SPARK Facebook contest is open to all Philippine residents with valid and active Facebook accounts.

2. Participants should be above the age of eighteen (18) and should have or is eligible to acquire a driver’s license.

3. Employees of Chevrolet Philippines, its dealers, agencies, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join.

4. Photo entries must be 100% original and owned by the participant.

5. By joining the contest, the participant gives Chevrolet Philippines exclusive rights over the materials submitted. Chevrolet Philippines has the right to use the entries in any promotional materials. These rights are understood to be without any financial compensation to the photographers or any of the models appearing on the materials.

6. Chevrolet Philippines has the prerogative to delete any obscene, morbid, offensive or inappropriate entries.

7.Chevrolet Philippines reserves the right to disqualify users who are found to use fake and/or duplicated accounts and registration details. Entries that are deemed to have manipulated or modified the application parameters shall also be disqualified.

Entry Selection and Winner Notification

1. Chevrolet Philippines will choose only one (1) winner on the first working weekday after the contest period.

2. Deadline of entries will be on November 15, 2013 11:59PM.

3. Determination of winner will be done on November 22, 2013 at 4PM at the Chevrolet Philippines Office, 5th Floor, ALCO Building, 391Sen Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City Philippines.

4. During raffle, at the presence of a DTI representative, Chevrolet Philippines will select1 winner of Chevrolet Spark (1.2 M/T or 1.0 A/T).

5. Chevrolet Philippines will notify the winner via phone call, e-mail and registered mail.
