MECHANICS

A. Those qualified and interested to join must search and follow the directions for joining located in the Canon PIXMA Printers Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/canonpixma.ph).

B. Inside the “Canon PIXMA Picture My Home application” (hereon to be referred to as “app”), a qualified and interested person (the “Participant”) will be required first to “LIKE” the Canon PIXMA Printers Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/canonpixma.ph). If a Participant has already previously liked the Canon PIXMA Printers Fan page, he/she will no longer be required to “LIKE” the Canon PIXMA Printers Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/canonpixma.ph)

C. The Participant shall then have to register the following information and read and agree to abide by the full mechanics of Canon PIXMA Picture My Home (the “Promotion”) before he/she will be allowed to join:

Full name of the qualified participant (First Name and Last Name)

Birthday

Gender

Mobile Number

Valid Email Address

Valid Home Address

Failure to give the correct information shall automatically disqualify the Participant.

D. To ensure fairness of the selection process, Canon Marketing Philippines will be monitoring the validity of registrants and their entries.

E. Canon Marketing Philippines Inc. has the prerogative to disqualify entries that includes any false, obscene, inappropriate, abusive, and/or offensive content for both the text and photo component of the promotion. Canon Marketing Philippines shall also disqualify entries that are deemed to have used cheats; have manipulated or modified the application parameters; or have resorted to unauthorized access.

F. By joining this promotion, Participant warrants and certifies that he/she has read the full mechanics of the Promotions and that he/she agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the promotion mechanics. Failure to agree to and abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the mechanics shall disqualify such Participant from participating in this promotion.


How To Participate in the Promotions:

A. The Participant can join by registering and submitting his/her picture and answers to the questions in the Canon PIXMA Picture My Home Application.

B. The Participant must log on to Facebook, “Like” the Canon PIXMA Printers Fan Page (www.facebook.com/canonpixma.ph), and register their details.

C. They must allow the app to get their Facebook Details in order to proceed with the application.

D. The Participant must upload his/her picture of photographs in any form of gallery to participate in the promo. Examples are a wall of photos, Christmas tree with hanging photos, framed photos on top of the piano, photo mosaic, photo album collections, pinning photos on bulletin boards, photo magnets. These pictures must not contain any obscene, disturbing or offensive images.

E. The Participant must answer the question: “How do you turn your house into a home using photographs?” in not more than 140 characters

F. Photos and Answers must also meet all of the following requirements:

1. Photo must not exceed 3MB file size

2. Photo must not contain any feature marks, logo or brand names aside from Canon

3. Photo should be clearly viewable and contain wholesome images

4. Photo extension should be .jpg, .jpeg., and .png.

5. Messages cannot be longer than 140 characters

6. Messages should not be offensive, disparaging or discriminatory to any person or entity, whether living or already deceased;

7. Messages should not threaten or charge with a vice or a crime any person or entity, whether living or already deceased;

8. Messages should not discredit or dishonor any person or entity, whether living or already deceased;

9. Messages should not use language that is impolite, malicious or offensive;

10. Messages should not draw responses that would result to any of the foregoing;

11. Messages should not mention or draw responses mentioning Canon as a company;

12. Messages should not mention or draw responses about any tech product except Canon PIXMA and other Canon products

G. Only two entries per participant is allowed.

H. Promo period runs from Oct 3, 2013 until 11:59:59pm of Nov 13, 2013.
