WHO CAN JOIN?

The activity is open to all fans of the JOHNSON’s Baby Philippines’ Facebook fan page physically residing in the Philippines. No purchase is necessary for entry into this activity.
Employees of Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc. and its agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

ENTRIES SUBMISSION AND RATING

For submissions to be valid, you have to upload your photos anytime between 12:01 AM of September 28, 2012 to 11:59PM of January 14, 2013.

Visit the JOHNSON’s Baby Philippines Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/JohnsonsBabyPhilippines) and click on the Johnson’s Baby Complete Care Diaper System tab.
Register and upload your photos using the simple photo-uploading tool.

Material can only be entered into the page by parents or legal guardians of the child featuring in it. In the event that you enter Material that includes a child or children who are not your own, your Material will be disqualified.
Once the uploaded Material is entered into the JOHNSON’s Baby Philippines Facebook fan page, other Facebook users will have the opportunity to view the Material and rate their favourite entry.
In order to rate the favourite Material, Facebook users will need to
Visit and like the JOHNSON’s Baby Philippines’ Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/JohnsonsBabyPhilippines) and click on the Johnson’s Baby Complete Care Diaper System tab.
Click on the link to the video gallery and look for their entry of choice.
Rate the video entry by highlighting the stars in yellow (4 stars being the highest).
Only 1 rating per Facebook user will be allowed for the same Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the Facebook ‘Like’ button is not a voting mechanism. ‘Liking’ an entry will not count as an entry’s vote.
It is strictly prohibited to encourage rating on Material through the incentivisation of other users. Any user found doing so will be disqualified from the Promotion as well as having their Material removed.
Each Material uploaded to the page is considered to be an individual entry. This means that in the event where 2 or more Materials featuring the same child have been uploaded to the page, these will be and deemed as separate entries and therefore votes will be collected per each Material and not per child.
By entering into the Promotion and uploading Material, you confirm that the Material entered is your own or that you have the consent of the owner of the Material to enter it into this Promotion.
Voters should be aware that an entrant can choose to take down their Material at any time during the promotion, even if it has already received some votes.
The entry with the highest average ratingfor the month will be showcased in the Johnson’s Baby Philippine’s Facebook fan page. Highest average rating is determined through the following formula
