How To Join:

1. Any customer who purchased at least PhP100 worth of selected Philusa product(s) in any Mercury Drug branch is eligible to join. The selected Philusa products of any size and any variant are: Mediplast Plastic Strips, Paper Tape, and Gauze Bandages/Pads; Rhea Alcohol with Moisturizer, Superscent Oil, Ascorbic Acid, and Ferrous Sulfate; Albatross Deo Blocks; Gleam Liquid Sosa; Apollo Petroleum Jelly, Muriatic Acid, and Oxalic Acid; Babyflo Baby Wipes, Baby Cologne, Baby Lotion, Baby Oil, Baby Shampoo, and Habit Kit; Cleene Toothbrush, Ethyl Alcohol, Tissue, and Cotton Ball/Roll/Facial Pad; and Ansell Gloves. 
2. A single receipt of at least PhP100.00 worth of selected Philusa product(s) purchased in any Mercury Drug branches is considered as one raffle entry. 
3. If the total purchase price of selected Philusa product(s) is at least PhP200, a participating customer can request from Mercury Drug cashier to break it into several receipts of at least PhP 100worth of selected Philusa products to gain more raffle entries. 
4. The participating customer should write his/her full name, complete address, telephone or mobile phone number, and signature at the back of every Mercury Drug receipt with at leastPhP100 worth of selected Philusa product(s) and drop the receipt in the “Tatak Philusa, Panalo Ka! Part 3” drop box. 
5. Customer may drop their raffle entries in drop boxes found at any Mercury branches of their choice. 
6. The more Mercury Drug receipts with at least PhP100 worth of selected Philusa product(s), the more entries and chances of winning in the raffle.

1. An authorized Food and Drug Administration representative will witness the raffle draw will validate each winning entry.

Limitation on Winning the Entries and Prizes

1. A participant can only win once in the Grand Draw. If a participant is drawn twice, he/she will get the prize with higher value. 
2. Consolation prizes are not convertible to cash.

Informing the Winners and Claiming of Prizes

1. Winners shall be notified via telephone call and registered mail sent by an authorized Philusa Corporation personnel within 15 days from draw date. 
2. Acceptance of the  prize constitute the permission to use the winner’s name and image for advertising purposes without further notice, unless prohibited by law. 
3. Winners have 60 days from receipt of notification to redeem their prizes. To claim the prizes, winners must present the registered mail notification and two (2) valid Identification Cards (IDs). Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and retained by Philusa Corporation with prior FDA approval. 
4. Grand Draw Cash Winners may claim their prizes at the following:  GMA Winners- prizes shall be claimed at Philusa Corporation main office located at #28 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City; Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Winners- prizes shall be claimed at Philusa Corporation branches.
