MECHANICS

1. Customers who purchased Seagate Storage Drive are entitled to join Seagate is Everywhere Promo from 15 August – 30 September 2013. Customers may purchase Seagate products in authorized reseller in SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, SM Marikina, SM Manila, SM San Lazaro, SM City Cebu.

2.Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

3.Winners from Cebu may claim their prize in the store where they bought their Seagate Hard disk.

4. All prize taxes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by winner.

5.Winners shall be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize.

6.Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Seagate Technology with prior DTI approval.

7. Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver’s license, SSS Card, Passport, 

Birth Certificate, their vehicle registration, registered notice, claim stub and their payment receipt upon claiming of their prize.

8. Employees of Seagate and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and employee of Seagate’s agent involve in any part of the administration of this promotion, and each of any employee’s immediate family members (parent, sibling, spouse, and children) and household members are disqualified in joining this promo.

10. After successfully registering your drive, customer must fill up the online form to participate in the register and win promo.

11. Customer is required to provide the following details…

Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Product Serial Number and address.

12. Tick both check boxes then click submit.

13. After submitting the form, a message will pop on the screen that says “Thank you for your participation.
