HOW TO JOIN

1. The promotion is open to Filipino citizens and Philippine residents for at least a year, at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of joining. If he or she is at least 13 but below 18 years of age at the time of joining, he or she must be supervised by his or her parents/legal guardian and his or her joining this promotion must have been with the consent of his or her parents/legal guardian.
2. Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (NPI) and NuWorks Interactive Labs, Inc., (the "organizers of the promotion") and other official media partners and sponsors' employees and their relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and/or affinity are disqualified from joining.
3. By joining and participating in "Fun Philosophy" (the "promotion"), those qualified and interested to join the promotion (the "contestant") confirm, agree to and acknowledge that:
   1. They have read the full mechanics of this promotion and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
   2. NPI is permitted to receive their registration data and that all information supplied by them will be used by NPI in accordance with its privacy policy;
   3. Organizers of the promotion have the right to identify them as participants or winners (if applicable) in the promotion and communicate the same at any time and in any territory through any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.);
   4. They shall hold organizers of the promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with their participation in this promotion as well as representations made to third parties and statements and declarations made by them in relation to the promotion;
   5. Organizers of the promotion may, without further compensation to them: (i) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this promotion by any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (ii) authorize any of the above activities;
   6. Organizers of the promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and adaptations by third parties of any material, entry or information regarding this promotion; and
   7. They shall make no reproduction of any part of the website/s accessed by them pursuant to this promotion for purposes of selling or distributing the same for commercial gain nor shall they modify or incorporate any part of said websites in any other work, publication or website.
4. Promotion period is from December 11, 2012-February 5, 2013.

5. Participants must register to join the promotion by going to the "Fun Philosophy" promotion tab (the "promotion tab") found on the following Facebook Fan Page:https://www.facebook.com/crunch.ph
6. Inside the promotion tab, users must first "like" the CRUNCH fan page (https://www.facebook.com/crunch.ph)
7. Users must register the following details:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Gender
   4. Birthday (Month/Day/Year)
   5. Email Address
   6. Mobile Prefix-Mobile Number
   7. Mailing Address
8. Users must choose at least one (1) among five (5) design templates provided by the app. There will be a total of five (5) designs to choose from:
   1. Crunch
   2. Manly
   3. Cute
   4. Feminine
   5. Fresh
9. Once a user has selected a design template, he/she must complete the line: "The Kid in Me is Free"
1. Users will create their own version of the Crunch Philosophy
2. Choose Font Style
3. Add Elements
4. Apply Filter
5. Submit the entry
