Paypal is the safest site for online transactions. Receiving and sending money is just one click and done. However, some beginners are having a hard time choosing what Paypal account type are perfect for them.
Here is guide on how to open a paypal account.


  First you need to go their website at www.paypal.com. Look for the sign-up button.Choose what account type are pefect for you, but first you need to select your country you are located.

    There are three Paypal account types you can choose from. Personal, Premier and Business.

    Personal Account - obviously this account is just for personal purposes.

    

    Premier Account - this is perfect for online sellers and buyers. People who have online jobs also

                            chooses this account type to send their income. I suggest using this account because you 

                            revert your account back to Personal account.

    Business Account - this is for big companies who wants to send cash tom multiple users in one click.

    Fill up necessary requirements and informations asked by Paypal. All information should be correct. Some 

users are having trouble with their banks because they submit wring information. Protect your password, like online banking, Paypal is also prone to hacking, make your password strong, meaning it may consist of Alphanemeric and high case letters. When you finish click Submit and go to your mail for verification. Now you're already have a Paypal Account, but that's not enough you should make your account verified to fully use Paypal.

To transfer funds from Paypal to your local bank account, you need to add your bank. To do this, go to your Profile and click Add Bank. Bank Codes are needed in all online banking and online transaction. Paypal, the commonly used website for all online transaction, also requires you to put your local bank codes. I prefer sending my money directly on my bank account. Usually it takes 5-7 days for my money to arrive on my Debit Card that's why I decided to add my BPI Bank Account on my Paypal. All you have to do is type the name of the bank(complete name) and the bank code. Here is the updated list of bank codes in the Philippines.

PayPal is the most popular online payment service in use today.. They are safer, faster and most reliable in terms of online payment transactions that's why they are strict in verifying your Paypal account. Here in the Philippines,not all of us have credit card or debit card.

Once you have the following requirements, go to your nearest RCBC commercial bank or RCBC savings bank, ask the New Account representative and give the requirement needed. Fill up necessary informations. Prepare your 250php. 100php is for the payment for the debit card and additional 150 initial deposit, you will need this in paypal verification later. Unlike Unionbank EON Card, you can immediately receive your card. The 150 you deposited to your account will be added the next day after your card has been activated

Once you've got your RCBC My Wallet Debit Card, follow these steps on verifying your Paypal



Log in your Paypal Account and Click Get Verified

Fill out information 

Put your first and last name make sure every information you put in paypal and in the bank are the same, so no complications will happen.. (it happened to my wife that's why we re-applied for another RCBC Mywallet). Select VISA and find the number in front of the card, that will be your card number..

Expiry date is also found on the front, mine will expire on January 2017. And Lastly, the security code, where can you find it?it is the 3-digit number that appear at the back of your card.

After linking your card to paypal, you'll need to call RCBC hotline and ask fo your 4-digit PIN. If you dont have landline number, you can email them too. I prefer calling their hotline, its easy and more faster. They will ask some information for verification.

Date when did you linked your card to paypal

and email where will they send your 4-digit pin

You should have at least 100php balance to your card, they will deduct this to your card and return it to your paypal account, you will notice that you will have 100php in your account once verification is done

Wait for the email. I received mine 2 hours after i call the hotline.Once you received the message, the last step is log in to your paypal again and put the 4-digit code. Done!

Congratulations! you're paypal account is now verified. You can now send money to your RCBC MyWallet Card..
